I just felt like the prices were a bit high for what I got, actually, not just high, more like they didn’t really match the value. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I walked away feeling like I paid more than it was worth.

I was really hoping these would hold up better, but the leather started cracking after about a month!! Disappointing, honestly!!!

I had a small issue with my bag after using it for a while, which was a little annoying, but I reached out to Mission Mercantile about the warranty and they handled it really well. They replied quickly, asked for a couple of pictures, and got it sorted without making me jump through a bunch of hoops. it was refreshing to deal with a company that actually stands behind what they sell

The bag looks just like the pictures, honestly. The color is maybe a tiny bit darker in person, but... still really nice overall.

At first the site looks nice, but actually trying to shop on my phone was frustrating. The menus felt clunky, pages took too long to load, and even finding basic info took way more taps than it should. The product pages kept shifting around too, which made it hard to stay focused. I ended up giving up before checkout. For a shopping site, this really needs to be taken seriously and fixed instead of leaving customers to deal with such a messy mobile experience.

The hardware feels way better than I expected. The buckles and clips are solid and don’t have that cheap, flimsy feel, which is always a relief. The zipper was a little tight at first but started running smoothly after I used it a few times. My only tiny gripe is one of the snaps was weirdly stiff in the beginning, and I was sitting there like, come on, just snap already. It did loosen up though, so not a huge deal. Overall, I’m happy with the quality.

I reached out to customer service twice about my order and heard absolutely nothing back. Like, I get that places get busy, but a simple reply would’ve been nice. It’s frustrating when you’re just left sitting there wondering what’s going on. it makes me think twice about ordering from here again

The bag looks good overall, but the leather smell was way stronger than I expected. I had to leave it out for a few days before I could really use it. If this is normal for their bags, I’d probably think twice about ordering from them again...

I’m a little biased because I really prefer reviews from people who actually bought the item. In my experience, this is only useful when you’re leaving feedback on a real order. Otherwise, it doesn’t really add much and can be kind of misleading.

I really like the look of their stuff!!! The site has this cool old-school, rugged feel that just works. Everything looks well made, and the photos make it super easy to imagine actually using it day to day. I’m mostly into the simple, classic style, nothing too flashy!!! It all looks clean and feels genuine

I do like the way this bag looks, and it feels sturdy overall. I keep going back and forth on it though because the strap starts to bug my shoulder after I’ve been carrying it for a while. It’s not awful or anything, just a bit stiff maybe? For quick errands or short trips, it’s totally fine. I’m just not sure I’d want to carry it around all day.

I actually liked a lot of the stuff on the site, but the checkout process tested my patience. My cart kept loading really slowly, and the payment page only went through after a few tries, which was extra annoying because I was trying to order in a hurry.

The shipping cost also didn’t show up until late, so that caught me off guard. I still ended up placing the order, but it felt like bad timing mixed with a clunky checkout made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be.

I got what I ordered, so yeah, no real complaints. The size was right, the color was right, everything matched. Shipping was a bit slower than I was hoping for, but the order itself was accurate, so I’m happy overall

I got my order from missionmercantile.com and at first I was just like, okay, the stitching looks decent. Most of the seams are straight, and the handles feel really sturdy. Then I started looking closer i kind of changed my mind — it’s better than I expected for the price. There was one tiny loose thread on the inside, which annoyed me for about two seconds, but it doesn’t look like anything is going to come apart. Overall I’m happy with it, just knocking off one star for that little detail.

My first impression of ordering from Mission Mercantile wasn’t great. The box arrived banged up, and it felt thin from the moment I picked it up. When I opened it, there was barely any padding inside, so it didn’t seem like the item had much protection during shipping.
The item wasn’t completely damaged, thankfully, but based on how it was packed, it easily could’ve been. For what I paid, I expected more care to go into the packaging, especially since that’s the first part of the experience you actually see.

I really wanted to like this bag, but it feels surprisingly heavy even when it’s completely empty. Once I put my daily stuff in it, it’s just not practical to carry around. I’m disappointed and will probably be reaching out to customer service because this isn’t what I expected for everyday use
